QuaiL FRy /Kaada Fry

Kaada (Quail) - 4
Red Chilly Powder - 2 tsp 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp (optional)
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
Curry Leaves - 2 spring
Salt - 2 tsp
 Oil for frying

1)For preparing quail fry recipe, first mix together the ingredients for marinade: chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, garlic and required salt.

2)Apply the marinade on the washed and drained quails.

3)Marinate quails for 30 minutes.

4)Heat oil in a frying pan and dip in curry sprigs. Place the marinated quails on top and deep fry to a golden brown color.

Serve hot and enjoy.
