Onion – 1 (Small)
Carrot – 1 small
Potato – 3 nos medium size chopped into cubes
Turmeric powder – a pinch
green chillies 2 slit
Garam masala – ½ tsp
pepper powder
Salt as per taste

Method
In a pan heat oil in a pan add mustards when crackle add red chillies,green chilies , onion,curry leaves and sauté well.
add chopped vegetables and turmeric powder and salt
Sprinkle water and close the pan and cook until the vegetables are cooked.
when half cooked add garam masalas and pepper powder
and cook for a little while and transfer to the serving dish.
