Scrambled Egg MasaLa




Ingredients
  1. Eggs – 2
  2. Sliced Onions – 1 medium
  3. Chopped Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
  4. green chillies chopped
  5. Chopped Red Chillies – 2
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Pepper – 1/4 tsp
  8. Meat masala - 1 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  10. Oil – 1 tbsp
Preparation Method
  1. Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Saute onions and Green  chillies till the onions become translucent.
  3. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric,meat masala along with little  salt and stir for a minute.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs. Scramble well once it begins to set.
  5. Serve with bread or rice or have it as such.
