Achinga Payar +Etthaykka MeZhuKKuPuRatty



Long runner beans(Achinga payar) - 8 - 10 nos
Raw BanaNa- 1 Nos
Coconut slices - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 3 - 4 nos

OnioN Chopped - 1 medium size
Mustard seeds
Turmeric powder
Crushes ChiLLy Powder
Salt - As reqd
Oil 

Curry leaves
Cut achinga payar and banana in required size(preferably small size)
Heat Oil In pan add mustard when they crackle add payar ,banana ,onions and chillies and salt
Cover and cook on low heat
Check in between and sprinkle water if necessary.
When  3/4 cooked, add crushed chilly  curry  leaves and saute all together.
Add coconut slices and put on medium heat. Stir well.
Again reduce heat and cook on low heat. Stir occasionally.
