Achinga Payar/Long Runner BeaNz Mezhukkupuratti

Long runner beans(Achinga payar) - 8 - 10 nos
Coconut slices - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 3 - 4 nos

Crushed chilly powder-2 tsp
shallots     4 nos
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Oil - 2 tbsp

Curry leaves
Mustard 


Cut achinga payar in required size(preferably small size)
Heat Oil In pan add mustard when they crackle add payar ,,onions and chillies and salt
Cover and cook on low heat
Check in between and sprinkle water if necessary.
When  3/4 cooked, add crushed chilly  curry  leaves and saute all together.
Add coconut slices and put on medium heat. Stir well.
Again reduce heat and cook on low heat. Stir occasionally.
